The filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma�s daughter Revathi Varma will tie the knot on August 15th with Pranav, a doctor, in a low-key wedding. Only close friends and family members of the couple are on the guest-list, a source close to the family said.
Revathi, a medical student, got engaged to Pranav earlier this year in January. It is a love marriage.
�It will not be a big, fat celebrity wedding. The family has decided to only invite those who are very near and dear to them and other extended family members. Other than RGV sir�s proteges from the Telugu film industry, it will be unlikely to see other celebrities at the event,� a source close to RGV�s family, told IANS.
�The couple will host a pre-wedding bash for their friends in the city. It will only be attended by close friends of the couple, but not anybody from the industry,� said the source.
The parents of the couple are happy with the idea of their wedding.
�It�s a mutually agreed decision taken by the parents of the couple. Pranav�s parents are doctors too and based in Dubai,� the source said.
